Honda Transmissions are prone to failure, often times at Highway Speeds, but the Company continues to blame the driver despite the problem originating from a problem with its software. gov reveals that in the 2003 Honda Accord, catastrophic transmission failure occurs quickly and many times at highway speeds. The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration has over 1440 complaints on file for its 2003 Honda Accord with 554 (as of today, August 5, 2011) classified as Power Train: Automatic Transmission related failures. The complaints from NHTSA are mostly similar to each other in that the vast majority of the failures happen suddenly at higher speeds and the car's occupant(s) are often unsafely jolted forward while coming to a near stop in the travel lanes.
Should I fix dent in trunk of Acura 2003 CL-S and how much should I expect to pay?
I have a dent in the trunk of my 2003 Acura CL-S from backing into a mailbox. I'll [probably be selling the car in about a year. I got one estimate so far to fix the dent for about $1000. I plan to get a few more estimates. Any thoughts on whether it's worth it to get the dent fixed and whether $1000 is reasonable? (asked by KessBod78 on December 30, 2007)

A: they fit exactly the same just different color...you can get them either from the dealer or on ebay (answered by Matt on February 09, 5597)

A: The Acura CL is a coupe, based entirely on the Honda Accord, same body type. As for the TL, it's the company's flagship sedan. The CL has been out of production a few years ago; the TL is a newly-revamped model with all-wheel-drive. I hoped that would answer your question. (answered by brian 2010 on February 09, 4278)
