I'm about to look at a 97 Acura Cl with 202k and the windows don;t work, Is 1500 a good price?
I know Acura are supposed to run forever but how much more life so you think I would have left? (asked by ebonieyes30 on July 22, 2008)
A: That price is pretty high. I'd check things like the tires and timing belt to see when they need replacing. If it has almost new tires (still have about 30k miles tread on them) and recent maintenance has been done then I might pay $1500. But I think I'd offer about $800 cash and see if they take it. Are 97 Honda Accord 2.2 transmisions the same as 97 acura cl 2.2 transmissions?
I have an acura cl 2.2 1997, and need to replace the transmission. I have found accord tranny's easily but not had the same luck with the acura tranny. Needed to know if these transmissions are the same considering that the engines are entirely identical. (asked by malyzhus on January 15, 2009)
