State police charged a 19-year-old Palmer Township man with vehicular homicide today, saying the teen was driving over 100 miles per hour when he set off a fatal three-car crash last month . i wanted to know if anyone knew if i can jus switch out the bumpers on my 99 cl to use a body kit from another model acura or if i can just use a bumper of a newer acura and add it to mine .... On the top of the bumper between the two taillights where the trunk closes there are 4-5 plasitic clip things they basically look like plastic screws that you pop in how do you remove those (asked by Kyle L on November 15, 2008)
A: You have to pull the center out about 1/2" then pull the clip out. To put them back in, push the outer part in first then push the center in to lock it place.
