If you recall, the 4C GTA from Geneva had a matte red finish to it. For all we know, this car could be the Spider version of the 4C GTA as has been rumored in the past. Released on their Facebook page, the teaser pretty much shows the Alfa Romeo 4C GTA , or at least something that looks virtually identical to the concept that Alfa showed at the Geneva Motor Show last March. Could it be that Alfa Romeo is preparing to introduce a concept sequel to a previously-introduced concept car. But there’s also a growing sentiment that this could be an improved version of the original concept, which should only attract more positive feedback for the British brand since the first concept was such a hit back in Geneva.
79 Alfa Romeo Spider with SPICA fuel injection that has gas in the oil.?
My Alfa Spider started running rich. I changed the oil. About 75 miles after the oil change I started losing oil pressure. Enough gas is in the oil that the oil is flammable. Pressure from the fuel pump is not extreme. The car has SPICA mechanical fuel injection. We are not driving the car. I am draining it for fresh oil. Why might I be getting gas in the oil other than fuel pressure from the pump. The pump only delivers fuel to the injection system.

My 79 Alfa Romeo Spider all of a sudden has gas in the oil. What might account for this and what to do.?
I am not driving it. It has been running a good bit rich.The fuel pressure from the pump is not extreme. The oil is flammable. I am draining the oil and refilling to the mark on the stick to see whether the fluid increases or the oil pressure drops if it starts again. Any thoughts on where the problem may be?

A: If it has a mechanical fuel pump, the diaphram can break, allowing fuel to pass into the crankcase. If it is running rich, it could be the carb flooding and washing down the cylinder walls. (answered by on September 07, 2009)

A: If your looking at a 2007 model new you are looking at the $55,000 - $60,000 in price. It isn't really a gender specific car, its a luxury based sports car that comes in a range of colours including silver, black, blue, red, etc.
You are able to get them from any Alfa Romeo dealership, but if you were after a 2000 - 2006 model you are looking at prices of anywhere from $20,000 - $40,000 depending on condition and the amount of kilometers its done.
