Is there anyway to hard wire an IPOD to a 2006 Audi A6?
I went to the audi dealer and they wanted over $1,000 to hard wire the ipod. They claim it is so expensive because the MMI interface is fiber optic.

A: lol $250 you got a nicer looking deck that can do a whole lot more tahn your stock stero and can take an ipod plug
aftermarket decks look nice in audis as i have 1 in my A4 (answered by Patrick on February 09, 6651)

what are the exact functions of the advanced key on the 2006 audi a6?
someone told me that it has this thing where you can have it in your pocket/purse and lock/unlock your doors just by touching them, but it doesn't have that little square on the handle to lock it, thats what i see on most cars. so can someone please tell me what it does?
