i want to replace the grill on my 2007, b7 audi a4 and i wanted to know if it requires taking off the whole bumper and is it easy? also is it easy to get the audi logo off of the front grille to transfer it(asked by H.J.C. on July 06, 2009)
A: Oh boy.. You have the "newer" one piece bumper that, yes, requires you to remove the entire bumper to get the grille off. I dont know what your planning on doing, but once you remove the bumper you will see some tabs around the grille in the inside of the bumper which you need to unclip. It is a pain to do and requires a lot, but if your modding your car go for it! (answered by Jafch1 on July 08, 2009)

How can I attach a 'quattro' badge to the front grill of my audi a4?
I got a quattro badge that belongs on the lower left side of my front grill for my 2001 audi a4 for Christmas. It attaches fine but I can't find a way to make it snap into place. It was dark when I first tried so maybe some daylight will help me with the attachment. Is there something in the grill that allows it to snap into place or am I supposed to use some sort of adhesive? (I'd like to avoid using adhesive.)It is not a badge that adheres onto the surface of the car, it somehow hooks into the front grill.
It does include the grill mount piece on the back attached to it as I said it attaches to the grill fine, but it does not snap into place it simply sits there and would not stay securely if I were to drive around.
My audi didn't fall apart you ignorant dick. It is an unlabeled quattro and my boyfriend bought me the badge since it looks nice and didn't have it.
