Q:
A: S6 is slightly detuned, 435 hp vs 450 hp. S6 is smaller in size all around: smaller gas tank, less trunk space, less inerior room, etc. The S8 will have more advanced amenities than the S6 (more adjustability in the seats, etc.). Both are amazing to drive but I would deffinately take the S8 over the S6 merely for comfort alone, however, neither car will disappoint.
Try searching for S6 vs. S8 in any search engine. (answered by Kevin J on June 10, 2009)

A: If I was up north in the snow and/or areas with dirt roads I would go with the Allroad. I am in Florida now and have an A6 Avant. I like it. It's very sporty, but the roads are smooth and I do not need the extra clearance. I have quattro though and it sticks to the road like glue. by the way do not get a 3.0 go for the 4.2 or 2.7t (answered by Jack on August 20, 2009)
