Hyundai released a GDI variant of this engine for the 2012 Genesis rated at 333 hp (248 kW), and 291 lb·ft (395 N·m) of torque. In this application power is rated at: 306 hp (228 kW) @ 6300 rpm, and 266 lb·ft (361 N·m) of torque at 4700 rpm. The Lambada RS 3800 (Rear-drive Sport) longitudinal Lambda engine variant can be found in the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Another longitudinal version with standard output can be found in the Kia Borrego, but all other vehicles using this engine have a transverse mounting configuration for front-wheel-drive. The engine is an all aluminum mill, featuring DOHC and 24 valves.

How long will it take for the current BMW E46 M3 to be outdated?
BMW has released information on the all-new M3, how will the prices of the current M3 be affected? Has it already shown, or will it be more so when the new M3's already start rolling? How long will the E46 M3 still look "good" with the new E92 V8 M3's rolling around?
How "worth it" would it be to buy an E46 M3 as of right now?

A: If you can afford one now, buy one. You won't save much by waiting a few years for the price to go down, and you'll definitely miss out on having the ultimate driving machine. The E46 will still look good 50 years from now if not longer, just like the 3.0 CSL still looks great, the M1 is still an iconic supercar, and how most people can't believe my E30 M3 is almost 20 years old. This Bimmer is destined to become a classic.

A: e30 M3's are still highly sought after. Buying an e46 M3 now will give you plenty of time before it is outdated.
Prices of them will come down because of the e92.

I have an e36 M3... a lot of people think that it is a brand new car when it is almost 10 years old.

How much will it cost to own a BMW e46? 325cic?
I am thinking about buying a 2001 BMW 325cic tomorrow and wanted to know what cost I should expect to incur each year for maintenance and repairs? I know this varies, but an educated estimate would be great! Anyone who has owned an e46 would probably be able to give a good estimate. The car has 90,000 on it. I am in california if that helps. Thanks!

A: 2001 325 cic now cost in very good condition not more than 13000. It's very good car and if it's in the good shape, you don't have to spend on it a lot later on. It will easily go up to 200000miles. (answered by korolbishop2003 on July 12, 2008)

A: yes you can....go to best buy and ask for a amp harness to conect a amp to the factory radio.....its about $20 bucks... (answered by Something S on February 27, 2008)
