Does anyone know what kind of gas mileage a 1972 Buick Riviera will get? I'm still in school, and I found a 1972 Buick Riviera at a pretty good price. but I'm wondering if it will suck up all my money like it sucks up gas.

It has the V-8 big block 455 cubic inch with the four barrel carburetor. I believe it has around 305 horsepower and 495 lb ft of torque and weighs about 4500 lbs. Everything is original except the air conditioning. Thanks in advance.

I'd say it's in fair condition with a ding or two and a few spots of rust. I really want the car, I had one in high school and I loved it! However the guy wants $3,200 for it and I paid like $350 for mine back in the day. I was just wondering if I'd be getting screwed.

A: with rust that is a little high..
i would look for a 67 they were the fastest and best looking..
with the 430 they would do 150+mph without trying,
