A: Once the brake pedal is down and held down, open the bleeder screw on the wheel cylinder. Once fluid or air stops coming out tighten the screw and have the other person pump the brakes a few times and repeat the process. Depending on how much and where you have air still trapped you may have to repeat this a few times at each wheel. Make sure to keep the reservoir filled with fluid otherwise you will get more air in the system again. (answered by ryankneale on October 17, 2008)
