That scene played out Thursday, but reports of vehicle thefts have dramatically decreased throughout the nation in recent years as well as within Fort Wayne, which saw a decrease of more than 153 stolen vehicle cases from 2009 to 2010. When the woman raced to the scene on Smith Street, police officers, who had chased down her car after the driver failed to pull over for a traffic stop, showed her a picture of a man she did not know and had never seen, according to an Allen... The caller asked the woman whether she knew police had her car pulled over on Smith Street on the city&rsquo. And when she peered out her window, sure enough, her tan Buick that had been parked in the driveway outside was gone. It was the man who allegedly stole her car.
How much would restoring a 1958 Buick Special cost?
I found a really nice light blue '58 Buick Special that they're asking 8900 for, no restorations except a new coat of paint. The spedometer, windshield wiper motor, and am radio don't work. How much would it cost to fully restore it, with new upholstery, new chrome, fixing the 3 things that are broken, and just other general restorations? Thanks.

A: If you plan on doing most of the work your self, it will cost a lot less, but seeing how your asking the question, I'm guessing you want to pay some one to restore it for you. Your looking at anywhere from 10,000 to 50,000 dollars, depending on what it needs. most of the money will be on labor. I you take out the seats, and the chrome, have the seat reupholstered, have the chrome stripped and re dipped, you will save a bit of money. The speedometer could just be a bad cable. The wiper motor is way cheaper if you go aftermarket or have it rebuilt and do the install your self. The radio can also be repaired. Shop around and find a quality electronic guy and shops. Where is the starter relay located on a 1996 buick regal?
I have an intermittant starting issue on a Buick Regal. I checked for power at the starter solenoid when the key was in crank, but no dice. Most vehicles have a starter relay that is energised by the key which in turn energised the starter solenoid. Does anyone know where this may be located? I can't find it. A: on all the gm vehicles i have ever seen, they do not use a relay to control starter activity. instead they use a solenoid which is very similar in function but quite the same shape. the solenoid is located on the starter it self. if you fallow the positive wire all the way down to the starter you will find that the wire is bolted to the solenoid. A: Sorry . No relay, it goes from the ignition to the solenoid. Could be a bad ignition switch or no power from the switch , or a neutral safety switch is defective, try starting in neutral. (answered by talon699 on October 03, 2007)

I had to replace the battery in my keyless entry and I need to reprogram it to the car, but the manual only says how to program the functions of the buttons.
