WORTHINGTON - The Worthington City Council Monday approved a $600,000 to $800,000 loan to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for use toward the construction of a 36 unit townhome complex, called Rising Sun Estates. WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Economic Development Authority and Independent School District 518 have agreed on a price for a seven acre plot of land on Stower Drive across from the Nobles County Fairgrounds. Six buildings made up of two and three bedroom units are planned along Nobles County 35, with completion expected in the fall. The district will pay $140,000 for the land on the condition the two parties mutually agree on who does the environmental study - something that must be completed before any construction begins. District Superintendent John Landgaard expects the project will move along quickly, with hopes for a terminal building in the fall. March 25: Randall Hultmark, 43, of the 100 block of Iris Road, Darien, was arrested at 1:33 a. m. on the 700 block of Plainfield Road. March 20: Joseph M. Bergland, 19, of the 5800 block of South Garfield Avenue, Hinsdale, was charged with DUI, police said, after a 12:40 a. m. traffic stop near the intersection of County Line Road and Longwood Drive. Paulo Loredo, 40, of the 300 block of Hummingbird Lane, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 2:06 a. m. near I-55 and Lemont Road. Loredo was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and improper lane usage. Hultmark was charged with driving under the influence, failure to signal when required and improper lane usage. i have a 1996 buick park avenue that will now start what do i do?
it's a 96' buick park avenue non-supercharged 3.8L. last year i bought a used engine with about 36,000 miles on it and put it in. it started fine and ran good for about an hour or so, then when going to work the next day it stalled. i drove it for three months and it would stall intermittinly but then sometimes it wouldn't stall. then in jan/feb this year it started surging and would not stall and then it didn't start at all.
i replaced a crankshaft sensor, fuel pump unit, repaired a loose connector for the ignition module, it has fuel pressure, has spark and compression, i cleaned the injectors, regaped the spark plugs. when i start the car it cranks but will not turn over. any help or thoughts or ideas that could help me out please tell me.

A: I never could fix a car over the phone [didn't pay well, anyhow] so i can't be alot of help. I did have a buick lasabre with the same engine that had a lot of trouble starting because of bad spark plugs believe it or not. If you have spark, compression and fuel the only thing left is timing and too much fuel. I'd probabably go for too much fuel. Are your plugs getting wet? Try starting it with the gas pedal all the way to the floor and see if you get a reaction. (answered by La-z Ike on October 19, 2006)

A: there are several bolts or screws in the door panel they may have plastic covers over them The arm rest also has a couple which are secured to the door probably a 3/8 or 10mm Check your switch first it may be shorted ,, The switch just pops out Good luck (answered by andy on March 22, 2008)

I'm planning on changing the oil on my 1992 Buick Park Avenue.
I'm going to buy a new oil filter, and I want to know where will the old filter be located in the car? Also what type of oil do I need to put in the car?

A: one of the few good oils left today is rotella 15/40. this oil still has the pot ash type lubricators for flat tappet type engines the filter i use is a fram tough guard with 99% 2nd pass performance the filter is on the pass side of the car on the back side of the engine not that hard to get to. i usally take mine loose from the top with the pan already in position under the car make sure to warm up the car for around 8 min. and pull it up on the ramps i always remove the oil fill cap before i pull the drain plug to let the oil come out as fast as possible to help rinse out as much debris as possible. then wipe down all oil mating surfaces, apply a thin film of oil to the filter o ring install filter and oil (after re installing drain plug) replace filler cap and start the car and check for leaks and wala your a pro and good luck!!!
