Buick Regal c.

Q:

How do I replace a 1993 Buick Riviera ignition key?

Hi there, last year I purchased a used 1993 Buick Riviera from a dealer here in Bristol, and just recently the keys have gone missing. I have replacement keys for the trunk and doors, but without a special chip key I have no way to start the car. Is there any way I can get a replacement? If so, how much will it cost?
(asked by pieandvikings on December 07, 2008)

A: The dealer should be able to cut you a new key using the VIN. It will be quite expensive, I had a key made for my Ford Focus, and it was like $130 or so. (answered by Albert Z on December 07, 2008)

A: Contact a Buick dealership and they will be able to look up the vin number and replace the key for you. Hubby says the most it would cost would be around $25. . .just depends on the place. (answered by Sara on December 07, 2008)

Q:

Why is my 1997 buick riviera heater blower not working?

Drove home and it was fine the next morning i crank the vehicle and no blower..i checked all the fuses under rear seat,on dash and under hood and no problem of course none said heater blower either but were is the hi/low blower relay located? could this be the problem?
ok just checked voltage going to blower and there is no power there.
(asked by chevymedic114 on February 11, 5159)

A: if it works on high only then its the blower relay, if it doesnt work at all then check for power and ground at the motor, if power and ground are present then the motor is defective, chances are the wiring is fine and switches rarely go bad on all speeds, don't bother with any other fuses, this circuit runs off a breaker (answered by paddfoot on February 11, 7348)
