A: They always change the water pump and timing belt together while the engine is apart. Your 1999 is probably due for both things if they have not been done. I just had mine done on a Toyota Camry. It cost a thousand dollars. (answered by GasLight on May 19, 2008)

Cadillac Deville. The passenger side has a seat heat controller, but the driver's side does not. I figure it must be somewhere else, but the manual has photos of a different looking seat heat control

A: both controls should be on the center console. One on either side of the shifter.
Could be that the driver didn't need one, but the wife did, so a heated seat was installed on the passenger side after the purchase.

cadillac deville and was going to put green underglow on it. Will the neon bars be long enough and be bright enough to look good on this model of car? Also, how do you hook it up, is it hard for a person

A: neon bars come in different sizes, most are sold in sets that can be car-specific, though some are universal.
the ones i have used, you just attach to anything under the car with plastic clips and wire them (answered by cputt2002 on March 11, 2008)
