A 46-year-old Burlington man died when he lost control of his 2000 Land Rover Discovery on Route 95 northbound in Burlington around 1:43 a. m. yesterday. The driver of a 1998 Cadillac Deville, 48-year-old Julian Juan of New Bedford, called state police around 3:12 a. m. to say he hit something in the right travel lane. A: You have a block somewhere in your vacuum, EGR system. There should be any pressure under the oil fill cap and you should not be taking that cap off with the engine running either. (answered by on May 06, 2010)

A: Your oil filler cap is spring loaded to keep it from vibrating off the fill tube or valve cover, and to keep the seal from leaking crankcase fumes. Try pushing down on the cap as you turn it, and it should come off easi (answered by JetDoc on May 06, 2010)
