Though they wouldn't reveal why, authorities believe Higgins is still in the greater Grand Rapids area -- and will "aggressively seek prosecution" of anyone who may be helping Higgins in any way. Higgins, 22, is described as a 5-foot-6, 160-pound black man with black hair and brown eyes. "We believe at this time Javonte Higgins should be considered armed and dangerous," Kentwood Police Chief Tom Hillen said during a Monday afternoon press conference. A: it sounds more like a stall than a power issue. if its a stall i would say a vacum line.
