Replacing the pipes is the easy part. Flushing through the system and re bleeding is the tricky bit. The suspension fluid is also the brake fluid so it is crucial that it is bled in the correct order.
Its true that there are specialists out there but some can be quite devious. My old XM's rear axle pumped right up and locked solid......the guy came out and said i needed this and that then promptly left the car sat on its lowest setting deliberately so i had to call him back. I called my mate instead and all that had happened was a small adjuster bar had seized....he re greased it and it was back to normal again...I didn't even need the parts the "specialist" had fitted (costing over £300) so please beware! A: I'm not real familiar with citroens but because it's a diesel and it's turbocharged to boot I'm thinking milling it down another 40 thousandths will pretty much insure you keep blowing head gaskets. The compression may get to be too much for it even if the valves and pistons don't make contact.
