Q:

Can I put dual exhaust on my 1976 Datsun 280z?

(asked by Brian M on October 25, 2006)

A: Actually you can the exhaust manifold is already split. But I reccomend a good set of headers and larger piping and turbo flow muffler. (answered by on October 25, 2006)

A: Why?

It's just like putting up new wallpaper in an old shack. (answered by grumpyfiend on October 25, 2006)

Q:

how reliable is a 1976 Datsun 280Z ?

i heard that this car has parts from nissan so it is suppose to be reliable is this true?
(asked by david l on January 10, 2009)

A: very reliable in 1976-now this is 2009 if you get my meaning (answered by the lock man on January 11, 2009)

A: They were great cars at the time. I know 2 guys that have them, and as daily drivers now, they're getting nickle and dimed to death. You're talking about an antique car here! I'd resist the temptation if you need something reliable. (answered by Nunaya Bidnit on January 10, 2009)
