What is the value of a 1982 Datsun 280ZX Turbo?

I found a 1982 Datsun 280ZX Turbo (actually one of my co-workers has it) and he offered it to me if I want to buy it, but I want to know the value of it. It has 73,XXX miles on it (don't remeber the exact mileage), 5-speed manual, body is in good condition, runs excellent and the turbo spools nicely, if anyone can tell me a value to this car it would be appreciated, since I am not too familiar with this car (value wise).
the value of the car is not listed in kelley blue book or NADA for it is too old of a vehicle

Q:

Could a coil pack be the cause of a car shutting off when the engine gets hot enough? on a 1982 Datsun 280zx?

Buying a 1982 Datsun 280zx and the guy says the car runs good, but once it gets heated up high enough the car will shut off. He seems to point out the coil pack is the problem of this. Does this sound legit?

Both cars are in decent condition- no major body damage and both have been driven within the last few months. One is standard and the other is automatic with t-tops.
