The Fiat Doblo-based Ram van would compete with the Ford Transit Connect in the compact commercial van segment while the larger vehicle, based on either the Fiat Ducato or Iveco Daily would fill the large commercial van slot formerly occupied by... they would be a tough sell in the US. However, the Fiat compact van does offer a couple torque little diesel options that could find a good home in the US market as well as an all electric version that could bring a whole new dimension to the Ram... The current Fiat Doblo offered in Europe bears a similar form overseas to the Ford Transit Connect in the US so that smaller option could be a simple matter of rebadging the Doblo, thinking up a jazzy new name and adding the familiar Ram brand... one based on the Fiat Doblo and the other based either on the Fiat Ducato or Iveco Daily.

A: Do you mean vegetable oil instead of bio? Because they'll run on bio right now, no mods.
Cummins approves them up to B5 but I know of many folks that run much higher concentrations and have no problems.
You just have to be a little careful the first tank or so as biodiesel is a pretty good solvent and all the varnish and junk in your fuel system will be loosened and caught by the filter. People unaware of this are usually the ones who run biodiesel and give it a bad reputation.
Biodiesel also contains more water so be sure to drain your water separator more often. (answered by David B on April 01, 2008)

A: take it and have a computer scan done on it,if you have had any flash updates doe to it that could be causing it,more than likely when you have a scan done it will give you the cause of it doing this, everything on that truck is controlled by a computer, they are supposed to idle up a small amount but not like that one is,but really without having it scanned there's nothing you can do but guess at it,good luck with it. A: I have no idea what year your truck is which makes a difference on the way they control ed the idle but most models are control ed on the idle by the computer itself and sounds like yours is as you said it idles up by itself when you put it into gear. Check with your dealer as they will have a programing modification to fix this no doubt. Did you know that fuel delivery and even the wiper delay is controlled by the computer on my 2005 dodge diesel truck!Q:
