Last time I was in Italy, driving Ferrari's 430 Scuderia, I thought the same thing, but the new 458 Italia has me asking the same question.
The Italian sports car is one of the best looking members of the 430 family with its Scuderia Ferrari livery on both sides of the car and black rims. YouTube member cvdzijden recorded the most exciting Ferrari 430 Scuderia in his eyes. In the video below you will see this Ferrari 430 Scuderia in action on the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza in Italy. The 430 Scuderia is lighter by 100kg and more powerful with 515hp at 8,500rpm than the standard F430. The the weight-to-power ratio is reduced from 2. Increased power comes from a revised intake, exhaust, and an ion-sensing knock-detection system that allows for a higher compression ratio. 96kg/hp to 2.

Q:
A: The purpose of the Scuderia is to be a high-performance track missile rather than a comfortably rapid street car, thus the reason for removing the carpeting and stereo and tweaking the powertrain in the first place. But technically, Ferrari will build you a car any way you choose to order it.
Ferrari is capable of accommodating pretty much any request a customer makes. There's one gentleman in our area who ordered a fly yellow F430 spider and had a blue top and yellow-and-blue interior custom-stitched by the factory.
I don't see WHY you would want to order a Scuderia that way, but I don't doubt it can be done. (answered by bracken46 on June 06, 2009)
