That’s right, the 2012 Ferrari 458 Italia Spider could get a folding metal roof that will tuck away nicely inside the boot. The Ferrari 458 Italia replaced the ageing F430 and as far as Ferrari tradition goes, every coupe is followed by a convertible version. The Ferrari 458 Italia is among the best cars Ferrari has ever made. Now, the Ferrari F430 Spyder had a folding soft-top but, the new 458 could get an intricate metal origami instead. The 458 is an example of modern in-car electronics and how the computers of today can make transform the whole experience of driving, what the world calls ‘Ferrari’.
Is the Ferrari F430 Spider hard to handle when driving?
I know most people don't have the luxury of owning such a nice exotic car. But my dad owns a Ferrari F430 Spider (I know you think I'm joking but I'm not) and I'm young teenage girl and of course I want to ask if I can drive it one day!

A: The F430 because it's comfortable enough and would spank the pants off the GT in any kind of race. The CGT is good if you would need back seats and it's also about $100K cheaper. (answered by Chad D on February 18, 2008)

A: The Ferrari either comes with a six-speed stick, or a six-speed autoclutch manual. All you need to do is pull a paddle behind the steering wheel. The autoclutch manual also has a FULLY AUTOMATIC mode. The car's computer takes care of the clutchwork and gear selection itself. (answered by Matt on October 01, 2008)
