Seat gehört nicht zu den Marken, die einem spontan im Zusammenhang mit Oldtimer-Kultur einfallen, doch das liegt nur daran, dass man die Alten so selten sieht …. Kilometer lange Zäune, triste Hallen, Transportbrücken und Lastwagen bestimmen das... "Natürlich hätten wir auch gern ein Museum", sagt der Chef der Seat-Sammlung, der schmunzeln muss, wenn man seine säuberlich aufgereihten Preziosen als "größtes unbekanntes Automuseum der Welt" tituliert. Das Spannende ist unsichtbar, es steckt in dem schmucklosen Gebäude Nr. 122 und von außen deutet nichts auf die darin verborgenen Schätze hin. BMW, Mercedes, Porsche – in prachtvollen Bauten zelebrieren diese Autohersteller das, was ihre Geschichte ausmacht: klassische Modelle, Bewahrer dessen, was "Markenkern" genannt wird.
