A: Actually mate, most if not all european manufacturers have much better built cars when compared to American ones. fiats are generally very lively cars. but the quality also depends on who makes the fiats. note that they are not always manufactured by fiat directly.
compared to other manufacturers, well, if you mean the germans, actually the germans are the best in the world when in comes to cars, no doubt.
