Q:
A: i own a repair shop, and that's not normal for one to go out that fast, there may be something wrong with the adjuster on it that made it go out like this, and its not worth that much to put a clutch in,unless this is covered by warranty id let another shop do this ,it will probably be a 1/3 less in money anyway, and they can do just as good of a job as the dealer can on it,but they are wrong, this isn't normal at all, id have it checked to see if anything might have caused it to go out, sometimes riding the clutch will shorten the life span of a clutch, but have some one else look it over for you ,good luck,i hope this help,s. A: High Performance Cars, cost high performance dollars!!! The clutch lifespan of ANY vehicle is HIGHLY dependent on its owner's driving habits. If you ride the clutch, are someone who downshifts frequently, or have the habit of revving the engine high during takeoffs, these are just some of the habits that will shorten clutch life.
