CAR WARS! BMW E92 M3 vs. BMW 1M vs. Ford Mustang BOSS 302

Given that there are suppose to be approximately 800 on our shores with a lot of dealers hiding them in the basement, I'd say it's going to be a tough go. One problem though, while the 1M is a great choice &mdash. Go with a 1M. That is, of course, if you can find one. as it has a good chunk of M3 hardware in it anyhow &mdash. it lacks a burly V8.

A: What state?, How long have you had your license? I assume its an 8 cylinder. I'm in NC and our rates are a little more than most places but progressive.com said a 1990 Mustang with liability and basic collision would be around 150 a month for someone your age. That was using my social and credit info along with my cities specific zip code. I also assumed a $250 dollar deductible and 50,000 in body injury. Mustangs are usually bad but the older the car the better. (answered by NCRider on September 19, 2009)

Q:

How do you get the rear calipor piston to screw in to be able to put back into place. Car 2002 ford mustang?

I cannot get the the rear calipers to screw back in, is there a trick to this. When I did the front brakes the calipers screwed in easily. I don't get why the rear calipers are so difficult, they will not budge. Anyone have any ideas? Your help would be greatly appreciated! The car is a 2002 ford mustang V6 automatic.

A: Go to your local parts store,Auto Zone or an O'reillys, ask them for a caliper tool that is used for Mustangs. Its a square that has different little studs on each side and has a 3/8 drive in the middle. Each set of studs will line up w/ a different piston in the caliper, find the one that fits your piston and turn the tool clockwise until the piston is seated all the way into the caliper. You wont be able to get the piston in w/o the tool. The tool casts about $8.00.Its a good investment. A: I dont know what it is called but there is a special tool to spin the piston back in. I never use. I take the cap off the brake master cylinder and use a channel lock wrench. If your careful enough you can do it without brakeing the piston seal. (answered by rolandrx7 on January 14, 2008)
