After pulling over a 2000 GMC Jimmy for a loud stereo just before 10 p. m. Monday night in the 400 block of Cortland Avenue, a Syracuse police officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside the SUV, according to police records. A large plastic bag with 59 individual bags of marijuana was found by the officer inside the SUV, records state. Kindred then told him he had about 200 “nickel bags,” police records state. A nickel bag is a quantity of marijuana that is sold for $5, records explained. The officer asked driver Antoine Kindred, 29, of 410 Cortland Ave. Each small bag had a white Nike logo on one side, officers said. “I have a little weed,” police quoted Kindred as saying.
What is the MPG for a 2000 GMC Jimmy or a 1998 Jeep, or an Oldsmobile?
I am on the look out for finding a cheap small SUV and have been looking at different dealerships. Some models I have been looking at are around years from 1998- 2000. Some of the models are GMC JImmy, Chevrelot Blazer, Oldsmobile Bravada, JeepCherokee, and some Nissans

Anyone know how to repair a hub & bearing assembly on a 2000 GMC Jimmy?
I have a 2000 GMC Jimmy, 2 wheel drive. I have paid someone else to do the work and I would like to do it myself. Does anyone have any information or knowledge about the repair? I have searched for online manuals or help but haven't had any luck. This is a pretty common problem with this truck. (asked by marlin9199 on November 19, 2007)
A: Remove the brakes, and the axle nut. Then remove the three attaching bolts behind the spindle, pull the asembly off. reverse procedure to reinstall. (answered by race21 on November 19, 2007)

How to I engage the alarm system in my 2000 GMC Jimmy?
I bought the Jimmy a couple years ago and my dad turned off the alarm system because it kept going off at school. Now I'm on a college campus (more urban area) and my mom wants me to keep the alarms on. I know that there's a button under the steering wheel that does it with some combination of hitting the remote, but how do I actually do this.

A: Best thing to do is take to some one who installs them and not only can they turn it back on but, they can adjust it so it doesn't go off as often (answered by trucker460 on September 24, 2009)
