Why does the front of my GMC Jimmy sway like it is hydrooplaining?
I have a 1996 GMC
Jimmy and when I go over a bump it will start swaying like it is hydroplaining. I just put new tires on it and that didn't help.

A: front struts or shocks, tie rod ends or Idler arm, they should have checked these when you got new tires (answered by fafulone on January 07, 2009)

I am on the look out for finding a cheap small SUV and have been looking at different dealerships. Some models I have been looking at are around years from 1998-
2000. Some of the models are GMC
JImmy, Chevrelot Blazer,
Oldsmobile Bravada,
Jeep Cherokee, and some Nissans
So what are the MPG of these cars?

How to remove seats from a 2001 GMC jimmy?
I have a
2001 GMC
jimmy 4d and I am planning on giving the whole inside of my car a shampoo. There has been juice,soda,water,alcohol and other liquid spills inside. I want to give it a super cleaning on the inside before I take it to get fixed. Can someone give me good detailed steps on how to remove the seats so I can give it the best possible cleaning. Thanks

A: The best idea is to wait till you truck is repaired. It will just get dirty while in the shop or being repaired. As for seat removal, each seat has bolts at the corners to remove them from the tracks where they slide for adjustments. The fix seats unbolt directly from the floor pan.
