How do I start a new honda car dealership? or other make new car dealership?
I want to start a new honda or toyota car dealership. I cannot find information on their website or on the internet for starting my own. Can anyone supply me with some info? (asked by Yankee11 on February 05, 3560)

Can I file a case against Honda for Car Malfunction?
Recently my 2002 Honda Accord SE malfunctioned resulting in a major accident and my car totalled. I bought this certified car from Honda and have Honda Car extended warranty. I have done my 60K service recently and my car's current mileage is 66K. Though, I am fortunate to be safe today, I am really stunned by my accident experience. Can I file a case against Honda to know how this can happen and also to make sure nobody else goes through such a trauma? (asked by Venkat on March 05, 2008)
A: You could file a claim with the better business bureau, but you're not going to be able to sue corporate. The only way you could get away with suing them was if there was serious injury done to you or a passenger; SERIOUS injury. Depending on exactly what happened and what went wrong, you might be able to file a case against the Honda dealership that serviced your car. But it really does depend on what went wrong, specifically if it was something they regularly check that went wrong. Chances are there's nothing you can do. If anything, contact a lawyer and tell them everything that happened, and see what they tell you. (answered by cleanincubus on March 05, 2008)
