Q:

How much is insurance on a 97'-01' Honda Prelude for a 16 year old?

For my 16th birthday I'm hopin to get a 97'-01' prelude. I've been lookin at some. But I want to know/need to know the cost of insurance for a 16 year old. I don't want to do one of those quote things or w/e on the Internet. Can someone help?

A: If it helps, when i got my 98 prelude at 17 years old, my parents insurance went up $1600. And i even had the good student discount, multiple cars discount, and home owners insurance discount. So i had 3 discounts, and their insurance still went up $1600. At 16, your looking at more then that, it really depends on what kind of insurance coverage you choose though. A: I think it's probably high. Not because of the car but because 16 year olds are generally irresponsible. (Though adults are not much more responsible either). (answered by Yahnswers Guru on February 11, 456)

Q:

differences between 5th gen honda prelude? 97-01?

Im in the market of buying a 5th gen honda prelude. I find lots of '01's in used car lots but online i find alot of 97 and on the streets driving around everywhere in between

I love the body style of the 5th gen and from afar can't really tell a difference cosmetically.

I was just curious, what are the differences cosmetically in the models? From what i understand there isn't much difference under the hood...other then 99-01 have 5 more hp then 97-98

A: This is true...I own a '99 'Lude and it is physically identical to all other 'Lude models '97-'01. I love mine and have had no problems...Good Choice Bro! (answered by hondapreludepower1999 on October 24, 2007)

Q:

Does any one know where I can get a model kit for a Honda Prelude 5th generation (97-01)?

I have been searching for a model kit of my car, Honda Prelude 97-01, for as long as I can remember. I never had any luck. The only reason I'm so reliantless is because I've seen the actual kit in a picture on the internet. I cant find the picture anymore and this is my last attempt. If anyone has any type of information that can point in my the right direction, I would appreciate it greatly!

A: I've checked the Tamiya USA website: http://www.tamiyausa.com/index.php

Sadly, I couldn't find a Honda Prelude in their listings, though I KNOW they used to sell a kit !!
