A: All models come with a 5 speed automatic transmission with a manual shift mode. Huge 20-inch alloy wheels are standard on the FX45, and optional on the FX35. 18-inch rolling stock is standard on the FX35. (answered by Info_Chick on June 17, 2007)

A: Take it from another infiniti technician. don't cheap out. Why buy a premium vehicle if you're going to cheap out on it? No one buys a $2,000 LCD HDTV and hooks it up to bunny ears. They buy a tv like that so they can have HD programming and cable or satellite service. The FX uses Nissan Matic S fluid. Part number 999MP-MTS00P. 12 for a full flush. You won't regret getting it done in 3 years. You will regret cheaping out and needing a few grand in replacing your trans. On top of the money you spent for cheap trans fluid. transmission will really make the 4 quarts seem like it was a deal. Never met a cheap friken
Infiniti owner, I guess they must all be walking! Don't forget the transfer case and the front and rear differentials, they are in need of fluid changes every 60,000 miles too.

A: Get the car you want, don't get something else you are not going to like.
I see all types of people drive the FX, I say dont worry about what other people think, its going to be your car.
