Q:
Isuzu Stylus is it a good car?
Hello!
Someone I know wants to sell me a
Isuzu Stylus, I was wondering if it's a good car. I would be using it to deliver pizzas as a part-time thing to get some extra cash. It has a manual-transmission which is pretty fuel efficient. I couldn't find much about the car on Google unfortunately.
Thanks
What exactly do you mean it's not known for being reliable? It breaks a lot?
How difficult are the parts to find, much more difficult than for a let's say Honda Civic 90's or Toyota Tercel 90's?

A: Wow...haven't heard that name in awhile.
The Isuzu Stylus was produced in the USA from 1990 to 1996.
It was basically the same car as the Geo Storm.
The bad news -
It won't be very safe.
Parts may be difficult to find.
Not known for being all that reliable.
The good news -
Might be perfect for delivering pizzas, but I wouldnt count on it as a long-term solution.
Fuel efficient.
Edit - Yes, not being reliable means that they have the potential to break down more than your average vehicle. You hardly see any on the road anymore. Parts will be harder to find than a Tercel, Corolla or Civic, but you could probably still find them. Check with your local auto parts store. (answered by Stupid Flanders on April 21, 2009)
