i was just wandering if the x-type jags have child safety locks on the rear doors as my driver's side rear door won't open from the inside. i have tried searching for a safety lock but can't find any.

A: I have a 2001 and it comes with child locks as standard, so has yours.
You can manualy adjust the locks to suit.
On the lock in the door there is a little metal slider, just push down and it will unlock. (answered by deb r on June 28, 2008)
