How much do you think a non running, body rusted 1978 Jeep CJ 5 is worth?

Tires only have about 2000 miles on them, new gauges, accessories like bug deflector, rock guards, the frame is in decent shape not really rusted that much.

A: Depends on the person wanting to buy it. Value is a strange thing. You will find some people will pay lots of cash for anything and some people will try to get it for nothing. Value depends on what someone is willing to pay.
I just bought a 1982 CJ5 for $100 USD, Monday. Sure it needs work but the only rust on it is just surface rust. The person I bought it from wanted $300. I got a good deal cause the person was in need of cash. (answered by Jeep Freak 81 on April 12, 2007)
