Best Place for Aftermarket Jeep Grand Cherokee Parts??
I need to find a place to buy some aftermarket parts for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee (I don't want to pay dealer price for new factory parts) and I was wondering where would be the best place to go?
In particular, I need a new headlight and a window regulator for a passenger door. I really need them to look as close to factory as possible (particularly the headlight). Anyone have suggestions? (asked by mm92280 on April 02, 2008)

I have a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I need a front bumper put on it and have been searching online. I would like to have a black tube style on front to match the back bumper, but I can only find a few places that actually sell Grand Cherokee tubular bumpers and they are insanely high!! Any ideas? I may have to just put the factory bumper cover back on the front until I can get enough $ for the one I want......any ideas on where to search for those for a reasonable price? Thanks in advance! A: There are a lot of places to go to find those parts. If you're looking for new and want a good price you're better off buying an aftermarket part.
There are a number of web sites selling them, but the best prices are usually not found on the major sites like JC Whitney, 4wd or Quadratec (they don't need to go low to get business). The best prices are on the next tier of suppliers and two of the places that I have found good prices are:
To check for the best price, find the part number of your bumper and check the above as well as a few others before ordering. I have found one place out of 10 that will have the part for significantly less for some reason.
If you buy over eBay and you're buying a new part, make sure that the place you're buying from is a real business. Because if they aren't and you have product warrantee issues you'll be hurting.
You could also contact some places about having them make you a set. There are a number of places on the web that make custom bumpers. (answered by AC on March 30, 2007)

A: dealership if you want to pay through the nose. If you want original parts, check the specific part and buy from the supplier that sells it to jeep. OE parts are also available from a lot of parts stores. For body parts, check ebay (answered by timothy p on April 28, 2009)
