Joseph Crenshaw , 57, founder, chairman and chief executive of New Frontier Bank in St. Charles County, has been missing since Tuesday evening, New Frontier Bank President Kris Weidenbenner said Friday. His wife, Joan Crenshaw , who also works at the bank, came home from work to discover her husband was gone and that his golf clubs, fishing poles and medicines were missing. The bank said Joseph Crenshaw suffered from "stress-related problems in the past. " Chris Schulte , the bank's vice president of marketing, said those problems were medical.
