You Ask We Answer

Q:

Is it the Kia Sephia 95 exactly the same as the Toyota Corolla 95 or what the differences are?

(asked by mr.black on February 27, 2006)

A: They are NOT the same car. Different engine, transmission, body, suspension.

They may work the same and burn the same fuels, but that's about the only similarities. (answered by camys_daddy on February 27, 2006)

Q:

1200 RPM at Idling!!?

my friend has a KIA sephia 95 and it was running great, but today when he started it, he saw that the RPM is 1200 at idling!
usually at idling the RPM in his car gets 800 which is the normal RPM for idling
he thought maybe itz because the cold or something, so he took it for a long drive and after this long drive, when he stopped the car and released the gas pedal, the RPM was 1200!
what might the cause of the problem? knowing that he changed the oil filter and air filter along with the engine oil a day ago!
(asked by Amjad J on February 09, 4104)

A: Sounds like its not getting the correct fuel air mixture. Is the throttle open? Is the check engine light on? Could be one of the many sensors.
Changing the oil and filters wouldnt cause this problem unless he did something he shouldnt have to something else. Go to the local auto part store and ask them to run a diagnostic test on it. They usually do this for free. good luck (answered by jeff R on February 09, 4568)
