I am about to purchase a Kia Spectra. It is a used 2006 and I have heard good and bad. Is there a site that compares cars and gives honest info?

A: I say if you're looking for a small, reliable vehicle then you are better off not purchasing a Kia. They fall apart, and I from experience you'll spend more time in the shop than on the road. Good luck! (answered by greenbuddha03 on February 24, 2007)

A: Very good deal.
The newer Kia's are excellent cars.
The Kia's made in the 90's were bad. they gave the company a bad reputation.
They have smoother rides than Civics and Protege's.

A: please find a newer one. I have a used 2007 kia spectra with no problems has 12,000 miles on it. If it is from a dealership then it should be ok. Mine is so I know it was checked out before I got it.

How do I tell if the brakes on my 2002 Kia Spectra have ATE calipers?
I am needing to replace the brakes on my 2002 Kia Spectra, but in order to get the right brake pads, I need to know if I have ATE calipers on my car or not. I am totally automotive illiterate, so if there's a way to find out without having to have one of my friends crawl underneath my car and look, it would be of great assistance!

A: You should contact your Kia dealer and they should put you right
