Lamborghini door kits motorized or manual?

I was wondering what the difference is between manual and motorized kits? Is there a button or switch to open the doors with a motorized kit? And manual is just open the door up yourself? Just checking, Thanks in advance!

A: Manual door kits utilize a hydraulic piston, to help in opening a door. Motorized kits, often with shaved door handles(Meaning handles removed) actually use a little motor to open the doors, and they are often opened with a remote. I think stock lambos just use the piston. Thats why the kits that you can buy for other cars that cause doors to go up and out, are called lambo doors. (answered by Jason W on February 11, 4840)
