If you have a Lincoln Aviator and I know lincoln recommends premium fuel could you put regular in it?What would it do to thge engine?

A: You can use regular but you will get less MPG & slight loss of power (answered by justcurious on September 22, 2008)
A: If you don't put the recommended fuel in, it may cause slight loss of performance, have pinging issues, or knocking, and if you take it in, and they find out you had put the lower grade fuel in, they might not try to work on your vehicle, considering you might not have followed the manufacturer recommendations.

How can I disable the fasten seatbelt buzzer on my 2005 Lincoln Aviator?
I have a 2005 Lincoln Aviator and often sit waiting for someone with the car running and don't want to have the seatbelt on while I'm waiting. The buzzer drives me crazy - it is so loud! How can I disable it?
I looked in the owners manual and the only fuse I see that could be for this is called 'restraints module' - is this what I need to unplug?

A: do not remove that fuse. it is for the airbag system. the seat belts are equipped with pretentioners. an easy way to fix it is buckle the seat belt behind you instead of in front. (answered by jasoncnichols2000 on February 11, 7751)

I purchased a 2003 lincoln aviator with no keyless remote. I bought one and need to know do I have to have one to program one or is the new remote okay as some vehicles need both???????

A: You only need one remote to program. Cycle the ignition key between the OFF and RUN position EIGHT times, ending in the RUN position until you hear the power locks cycle off and on, indicating that it is in programming mode. Now simply press any one of the buttons on the new remote and wait for the locks to respond accordingly. Once done, your new remote is programmed. Hope this helps.
