When I shifted out of park this morning in my 2002 lincoln Ls, my radio shut off. Happened several times.?
I tried this several times, and every time I shifted out of park, my radio shuts off. Car seems to drive fine though, radio just goes off. Anyone have any ideas? (asked by Tyson H on February 11, 8426)

How do you take out the factory radio from a 2003 Lincoln Ls?
I having a hard time trying to find the screws for me to take out the factory stereo. In addition, if I take it out will is there a wiring harness for the factory sub woofer that comes with the Lincoln LS. (asked by Emil V on August 28, 2008)
A: pop out the panel around your radio, you should then find your screws (answered by Triple6Click on August 28, 2008)

My 2000 lincoln ls does not have a cd player it only has a cassette, will this cause any problems?

i have a 2000 lincoln ls that comes with a cassette player, i wanna take a radio out of a 2000-2002 that has the 6 disc changer (asked by blk08fusion on September 01, 2009)
A: there is no lock code on ford brand radios(i believe that was your question). i would suggest going with a cd player out of a model no more then 2-3 years newer then yours. as much as i like the factory look. on a 9 year old car you would be better off to just replace the deck with an after market one.
that radio should work, but i gotta warn you that we had lots and lots of problems with the 6 disc in dash radios. (answered by jasoncnichols2000 on September 01, 2009)
