You Ask We Answer

Q:

What kind of mileage do you get on the 2007 Maserati Coupe?

Both the GT and the Cam, preferably automatic. Mileage?
(asked by Jason T. on May 13, 2007)

A: well if you can afford to buy one then why does the gas prices matter? (answered by trivium332 on May 13, 2007)

Q:

What's the story on a 2004 - 2006 Maserati Coupe?

I've noticed that the coupe with the F1 transmission resells for much, much lower that a new car. There are some really low mileage cars for reasonable prices. Is this car a lemon? Why are they so cheap?
(asked by hotrivy on July 05, 2009)

A: The car has really low popularity and thus low resale value. They only sold a few more than 2,000 per year for those years so if someone owned one they would have a hard time getting parts and service. (answered by on July 05, 2009)

Q:

How much would it cost to fix a 06 Maserati Gran Coupe's rear bumper?

I accidently tapped a 06 maserati Gran sport's rear bumper & now has 2 holes made by my license plate. How much would it cost to fix the holes which are eraser size holes?
(asked by beaten2it on May 21, 2007)

A: This depends upon a few factors:

Is the owner a jerk?
Will the auto body shop try to rip you off or commit insurance fraud?

You have a few options:
1. Get three estimates from auto body shops that are respected...pay for repairs out of pocket.

2. Apologize profusely to owner of the car...explain that you have debt, low paying job, no savings...can't afford to fix the bumper.....and then sob uncontrollably , tthe owner might fix it themselves.

3.If you go through your auto insurance to fix, chances are your rates will go up regardless of who was at fault.

4. Offer to barter..., do you have any goods or services you could exchange for the repair cost, such as cleaning owners pool, doing some maintence to his home, gift certificates for some place they would use? (answered by kaitken52000 on May 21, 2007)
