A: W210 is the term used to describe the chassis number on all E-Class models made from 1996-2002. The body style and most components on the E320,E420,E430 and E55 are the same except for the different engine sizes for each model. congratulations on getting that rare model also. that is a strong engine on a well built chassis. and that engine was only in that bodystyle for 1996 and 1997. let me know if you need anymore help with this car (answered by jrfeyef on September 14, 2007)

A: Going with the 2006 model year I think $24,000 is about right for one off a dealer lot with the options you are interested in. You may do a little better from a private seller.
