Q:
What is the difference between the Nissan Skyline R34 V-Spec and V-Spec 2?
I am just about to buy a new car except i don't know what the difference is between the Nissan Skyline R34 V-Spec and V-Spec 2. I would also like to know if they are AWD or 4WD. Thanks.
(asked by Josh B on February 26, 2009)
A: Each spec up on the Skyline range adds a little more to each car,the V spec added as stiffer suspension and was lower to the ground than previous R34 GTR models, also a rear carbon fiber air diffuser was added,
The V spec 2 was again improved upon and offer an even better upgrade to the suspension also the cool carbon fibre bonnet was added as well as bigger and better brakes which is a common upgrade with v spec models and seen in the R32 versions also.An iridium console was added on the dash board as well as the addition of alloy pedals. Q:
what is the biggest nitro engine for 1/10 Nissan skyline R34?
What is the biggest possible nitro engine i could fit in a 1/10 scale nissan skyline R34, what would be the dimension of the engine LxWxH
its an HPI, which engine(displacement) has most top speed
(asked by JG c on April 03, 2009)
A: I'm not sure on the dimensions, but the largest capacity engine would be .18ci or 3.0cc. Anything larger (.21ci or 3.5cc is considered a big block engine) won't fit without modifying the engine mounts and drilling extra holes in the chassis.
I think the Traxxas 3.3 engine might fit, that's 3.3cc or .20ci. That's still considered to be a small block engine, but I don't think it would be a direct replacement for your standard engine. (answered by Kev ~ Numpty or Nincompoop? on April 03, 2009)
