You Ask We Answer

Q:

What do you think of the 2000 Suzuki Grand Vitara?

I am deciding between a 2000 Suzuki Grand Vitara (95,000 miles) and a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (128,000 miles).
The Vitara is $5000 and the Jeep is $4000.
My family knows Jeeps are dependable, but none of us know how well the Suzuki will hold up with that much mileage. I'd prefer the smaller size of the Suzuki, but I don't want something that will require a lot of maintenance.
(asked by Emma on November 09, 2009)

A: Jeep isnt exactly reliable suzuki isnt either. Sorry for the answer but you should consider other vehicles (answered by James on November 09, 2009)

Q:

How much should i sell my 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara for?

I own a 2002 suzuki Grand vitara with 89,000 miles on it and a newly installed engine and the car is in great condition without any mechanical problems at all and i was wondering how much should i sell it for?
(asked by tnymont77 on September 26, 2009)

A: Another source is the NADA book which lists what cars sold for as opposed to Blue Book, which reports what dealers ask for. NADA is the only source I've seen used at collectible car auctions.
Sven (answered by on September 30, 2009)

A: No one in Yahoo! Answers could give you a good selling price for your car. Your best bet is to go to kellybluebook.com and enter your vehicle's information and judge by the condition of your car by how much it's worth. Any car dealership would give you anywhere from $5,000 to $7,500 as a trade-in depending on it's running and physical condition. A private party most likely wouldn't pay more than $8-9,000 for it.
